DESCRIPTION
The Brief and Frightening Reign of Phil illustrates the story about the fate of the inhabitants of two nations called the Inner Horner and Outer Horner under the authority of a tyrannical ruler named Phil. The Inner Horner was so small that could not fit all of its seven citizens at the same time, so the others had to stay in the surrounding country of the Outer Horner, called the short-term residency zone, marked by a green string.
